Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By adding PUB-Gamba to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using its features.
2. Description of Service
PUB-Gamba is a Discord bot that provides a play-currency betting system for pickup game communities. Users bet virtual currency ("Lemons" by default) on match outcomes. No real money is involved at any point. PUB-Gamba is an entertainment tool only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction) to use PUB-Gamba. By using the bot, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Virtual Currency
- All currency in PUB-Gamba is virtual and has no real-world monetary value.
- Virtual currency cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
- We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or modify virtual currency balances at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the bot to facilitate real-money gambling or wagering.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Automate interactions with the bot using self-bots or scripts.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the bot's operation.
- Use the bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
6. Server Administrator Responsibilities
Server administrators who add PUB-Gamba are responsible for:
- Ensuring the bot is used appropriately within their community.
- Configuring settings (betting windows, currency amounts, etc.) suitable for their server.
- Managing user access and addressing misuse within their server.
7. Data Collection
PUB-Gamba collects and stores Discord user IDs, usernames, and in-bot activity (bets, transfers, balances) to provide its services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Service Availability
PUB-Gamba is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency or data during downtime.
9. Premium Features
Some features require a premium subscription, purchased through Discord's App Subscription system. Billing, refunds, and payment processing are handled entirely by Discord. We reserve the right to modify premium features and pricing with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to PUB-Gamba at our discretion, including for violations of these terms. You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server and using the /deletedata command.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUB-Gamba and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium features in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in our Discord support server.
